Shipping and Returns

Baha Shipping Policy:

• Domestic ground shipping to the US is free for all orders over $75 with some exclusions for oversized items.
• Oversized items that require freight shipping will be noted on the item page.
• Domestic ground shipping for orders under $75 will be a flat $5 rate.
• Made to order items generally ship in 14 business days. 
• In stock items ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays. 
• If you have a special need for express shipping please email or call us and we will make every effort to meet your requirements.

Baha Returns:

• Clearance items are final sale.
• Customized items are final sale.
• All other returns are accepted if return is initiated within 14 days of receipt.
• Please email us at sales@bababutterfly.com with your order number and description of the return item for a return code to include with your return.
• Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer with the exception of an error on our part. 
• Full refund less shipping will be credited to your original method of payment after we receive the item in new unused condition. 
• Please email us at sales@bahabutterfly.com for a return credit code if you have an item that you would like to return after the 14 day window.
• If you would like to exchange an item color or size please email us at sales@bahabutterfly.com
• Item must be in original unused condition to receive a refund or store credit.
